Because of its design, the ergonomic kneeling chair allows the person sitting in the chair a previously unseen freedom of movement in furniture. One-at-a-time, the feet can be alternately placed on the ground to provide a stretch to the hamstrings. Some booster seats can attach right to your already kitchen chairs and others will need its own space at the table. If you have a small dining room than typically you will want a booster chair that can fit in one of your chairs already.
